First Milling

Trevor is my friend in the Catskills who grows crazy, amazing heirloom corn in order to make masa harina for tortillas..mind blowing.  This is his mill and after the harvest he invited me over for a workout.  This is a Diamant mill his father handed on to him.  Note the time and the amount of flour.  Trevor in a full sprint grinding up the masa harina – this is his blue corn variety… unbelievable. We recovered drinking beer and watching the Tour de France.
